1. Terms & Accounts
By creating a workspace on Find, you agree to comply with system limits and credit allocations. Accounts exceeding standard free quotas will be prompted to upgrade to Pro or Enterprise subscriptions.
2. Scraping & Data Ingestion
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all Apify scraper sequences triggered on target websites comply with those sites' terms of service and robot directives. Find provides execution pipelines but is not liable for data scraping compliance.
3. Outbound Email Usage
When utilizing SMTP gateways or syncing prospects directly to Instantly sequences, you agree to comply with anti-spam legislation (CAN-SPAM, GDPR). Accounts detected sending unsolicited spam or displaying high bounce rates will have their SMTP credentials revoked.
4. Limits of Liability
Find is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee sequence uptime or 100% accuracy of scraped contact data.
